Holts Graced Studio has prepared this privacy statement to assure you that your information will be kept private.
While Holts Grace Studio gathers personal information to fulfill orders, your information will not be shared with anyone else outside of Holt's Grace Studio, except for the purpose of completing and shipping your orders.
Holts Grace Studio does not share, sell, or trade any of your information that is collected, including email addresses, unless it is required by law to do so.
Your information is used only to fulfill orders, to process credit cards, to ship orders, to contact you regarding your order should the need arise, and to send occasional notices about Holt's Grace Studio.
For your protection, email addresses submitted will never be sold or used by anybody besides Holt's Grace Studio and you can always have your name removed from the list by request any time.

PAYMENT TERMS
We use secure ordering through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. All customers are welcomed. Please click here for more payment information.
SALES TAX:
CA and FL residents pay sales tax. CA 8.25% sales tax will be added during checkout. Florida residents pay 6.5% sales tax.
SHIPPING:
WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATES. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship via UPS and Motor Freight.
We maintain at least a 92-96% in stock rate at all times. Even with our best efforts, there are times when certain items are out of stock. We are not responsible for items that are out of stock, and can never promise a date of re-stock.
Please provide a street address. We do not ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes. Quoted shipping charges are to the U. S. within the 48 Contiguous States.
(Free) Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. Shipping via Air Service to Alaska and Hawaii is higher. You will be charged once your order is received.
RETURNS:
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days.
All merchandise, except printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer calls for Return Authorization within thirty (30) days upon receipt of merchandise. This excludes damage or defects (please see above). The customer is responsible for shipping charges. For items with shipping included in the price or free shipping, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time.
Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.

Return of Damaged or Defective Products
(For Violins, Cello, Drum Set, Accordions, Wind Instruments)

Before you can return a damaged or defective item, you must first be approved. In order to be approved, insurance must have been bought for the specific item. Furthermore, we must be contacted within 30 days after the item has arrived at its location. You may contact us at biz777@excite.com or call 1-888-867-7080. Please include a picture of the damage or defective item because this is mandatory for us to be able to approve your claim. Once we have approved your claim, we will ship out a return service label via UPS. When we get the damaged item back, we will either credit back to your account, or ship out a new item.
Some circumstances may prevent an order from being processed on the same day, this may cause a slight delay in shipping your order to you. We reserve the right to make partial shipments.
